The Building Inspectors Job

Building inspectors are called upon before the sale is finalized and perform a thorough inspection of the home. This includes inspecting the heating and cooling system, plumbing, foundations, windows and every other part of the home. The inspection will note any deficiencies that may require repairs or replacement. The inspection should also note any structural problems that may actually pose a danger to the occupants.

The Report

The university received 1.8 million shares of Google in exchange for use of the patent; the shares were sold in 2005 for $336 million.[2][3]

The last step is choosing what material your business card should be made of. You could go with the traditional textured card or go for something outlandish like foam, metal or plastic. Plain and Coated

Plain white/coloured card is exactly what it says on the tin. Even so, there are very many different qualities and weights. A cheap card will feel slightly rough to the touch and is not suitable for business cards. A calendared card is the next step up and has gone through compression techniques to end up with a smooth surface. Many of the companies offering ‘free business cards’ or ‘budget cards’ will use this stock. A Coated card has been treated at the manufacturing stage and has a shiny surface which can be gloss or satin, which is less reflective. More often than not this will be coated on one side only. Again, this type of board has its uses, as it is fairly inexpensive. This is often used by people who need to bulk-buy their cards, e.g. taxi drivers, hairdressers, tradesmen etc. Quality is often sadly lacking though.

Textured

Textured card used to be very fashionable some years back. One of the most common (Conqueror laid) is still used widely today. Because of the texturing (narrow ridges indented in the card) the card actually feels thicker than it actually is. It was/is often used for a more traditional look, perfect for people in the legal profession, architects etc. One downside is that company logos and text do not look as pin sharp as they would on a ‘smooth’ board.

Specialist

Specialist cards can cover such things as hot-foil printed cards, thick plastic cards such as the credit card types, business cards produced on mini CD’s that fit a standard CD drive, embossed cards, thermographic cards, die-cut cards, spot UV (ultraviolet) and would you believe, you can even get business cards made from wood! The only limit is your imagination. There are even companies that have created foam business cards and business cards that fold up into a 3D figure.

I was really shocked when they announced their wedding. Actually it was a surprise wedding that every girl wants! I didn’t even know that they aren’t married yet. It was a fantastic feeling if I was the lucky girl.

It happened on the day of Thursday evening, November 15, 2012, at the enchanting place of Fernbrook Garden in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It was really a great place!

I hope someday I could have a chance to have a wedding like that too. Hehe.

Hi! Did you know that Photobucket invites me to use their new Interface? Its still on Beta, but for me it looks great! I really like it! It has ajax buttons when you want to get your media links.

It also have Edit feature. There you can edit all you uploaded photos. You can see on the photo above. :)

What do you think about on their new interface? Isn’t it cool? I love the colors they actually used! It really catches something nice.

I already saw Paypal’s new GUI last week but I don’t get the chance to post about it. Actually I got busy making themes lately.

Btw, as you can see. The new login form is well organized. It also had Forgot Email and Password. They’re still upgrading their website’s new GUI. It’s pretty much easy to use. for me. Their old interface is kinda boring for me.
I’m going to wait for this new setup! Paypal must update their interface don’t you think? :)

I was given an opportunity to make a wish from him! Who is he? He’s been spreading joy and happiness across the blogosphere! I’ve been looking for him and look he gave me a chance to have his blessing! I was really thankful! Now that I mention him, he really likes to be followed! He likes bloggers who’s working hard for their blogs!

I was thinking before of having a business with making ice, because Philippines is a hot country, like today it’s hot! So I talked to my father if he could help me about making ice. Now we all need is a big freezer that will help us make them! I ask my sister if they could buy this Stainless Freezer from Samsung! I hope she’ll answer yes!
