How to use Cufon Font Text.

Hi guys! Here’s little tutorial on how you could change the System font to just-another-font-style.
So set up your font you would like to. Mine is Passion Sans.

Go here

Upload the Regular Typeface. Click Choose file
Check the Box of The EULAs.
Then scroll down, the check the box again for the Terms. Then click LET’S DO THIS!! (photo below)

After you’ve clicked it, it will give you the .js file of your font generated.
Now upload it here, YourJavascript

You’ll see a white background right after you upload it. Now check your email and you’ll get the code! :)

So here’s the code on how it goes. Put this script on your header.php inside

Cufon.replace(‘h1, h2′); then for this, you can change it, if you would like H1 to be only change on what font you like to.

How to Play DOTA 2.

Hi as you may know, I’m quite a addicted player. Or in other words a Lifetime Gamer.

3 days ago I received my invitation to play this game called DOTA 2. Well, this is an epic game like all boys and even girls loved, I myself too. I always saw screen shots of the game through Social Networks especially Facebook. I always thought how to play this game, because it’s not even in an Closed Beta, meaning the game isn’t exposed yet to all people. You just get an invitation to play this game.

If you really want to play this game follow the steps below:

  • Download and Signup on Steam
  • Install their application and open Steam.
  • Update Steam (You must have the latest version of Steam in order to take the survey).

    • Click Steam >> Check for Steam Client Updates.

  • Wait for the update and Restart Steam.
  • Once your Steam has been updated, click on this: Dota 2 Survey

    • . (Remember you must be logged on to your Steam Account to open the link.)

  • Answer the Survey, don’t worry it’s not a paid link website. :)

    • And now all you have to do is wait for their email. I believe I got mine 2 weeks after I answered their survey. Luckily I’ve been chosen, too bad my boyfriend didn’t get one. XD

How to point your domain name to Tumblr with Godaddy.

Today I will teach you how to point your custom domain to Tumblr with your Godaddy account.

How? First log on to your account. Then highlight on Domains then click Domain Management. Domain>Domain Management.

  • Pick the domain you want to point on Tumblr.
  • Click on Set Nameservers.
  • Click the radio button I want to park my own domain.
  • Click Ok.

And then it will tell you this.

{Your changes have been submitted.
These changes usually take 2 hours. However, it may take up to 48 hours for these changes to take effect. These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.}

And then, click DNS Manager. At the top left of the page.

It will go on this page.

Follow the steps.

Just wait for the propagation.

  • Now go to your Tumblr Account. http://www.tumblr.com/blog/YOU
  • Click Blog Settings.
  • Click Use a custom domain name.
  • Type your domain name on the text box.
  • Click Test Domain.

And tadaah! Your tumblr url will change to your own custom domain.

So what is this all about? My second post, as usual. I’m posting a tutorial for Adobe Photoshop it’s very easy to follow hope you can do whatever I say.

So where are we going to start? Wait, this tutorial is about, Image inside a Text. Get it?

Step 1.

First open up any image you want (it’s whatever, just whatever)

I’m going to use this.

Just to make sure, if you open up the image you wanted, make sure it’s not locked.

To unlock it in simplest way double click the image. Or you can copy the image and paste it again to a new document. ctrl+c + ctrl+n press enter ctrl+v (shortcut keys)

Step 2.

Type something on the image, its whatever again ( me I type our group name)

I used “Gill Sans Ultra Bold“…Just find a nice bold font.

Step 3.

Press Ctrl+t (Free transform) or Edit > Free Transform.

Put the Text in the corner top

Should be like that. And now bend it, adjust the text.

Step 4.

On the layer’s palette

How to maintain your website successfully? There are lot of ways to maintain your website, if you don’t want your blog to become trash or something like people forget about your site. Of course by Updating your site regularly, your readers wants to know something new about you or how are you doing lately. Don’t forget your readers, by responding to their comments quickly! And then provide some regular maintenance on your website, make a weekly tasks for your website. Always check your email and your contact form regularly to make sure that the correct data is being logged and the correct information is being reported back to the visitor. The monthly task do this once a month, validate the links. Check all your links at least once a month and pay attention to external links because they may change or go offline. And of course, check your search engine ranking. Check your place in search engines occasionally based on your keywords. The Annual tasks, renewing your domain name you should have some penny to renew your domain name. Backup your files always, don’t depend too much on your host or else you’ll get irritated. The Power of Analytics, what are these? The common analytics are Hits, Page views, Unique Visitors, Downloads, Entry pages, Exit pages, Referrers, Search Strings, Avg. Time on Site, New Visitors and Browsers used. It’s happy to see how many visitors on your page regularly, you can use plugins for WordPress, it can gather all the information for your blog. I used Cystats plugin for WordPress. Try putting this and you’ll see how many visitors you have.

How to Import your posts on Blogger to WordPress.

It’s very easy! First go to your WordPress Dashboard! From there at the left of your screen, look for Tools>Import and then click Authorize. From there it will ask you on accessing your blogger account, click Grant Access. After clicking, you will see something like this. Image and video hosting by TinyPicClick Import and then Set Authors. Then tadahhh! You’re done! Try to take a peek on your Post, let’s see if they are on its right place.

The title said already! Yes, I blog hopped today and I’m having a hard time to comment on their blogs. :(
This is the problem of a blogger, BIG TIME. So let’s get straight. Do not use light colors for your text or text links, when you’re background color or images is very light/bright. Another thing also, don’t use too small text font on your blogs! I made an example, so you have an idea what I’m talking about. LOL

Pick the right colors! Vice versa, if you’re using a dark background, what color you supposed to use? Of course it’s lighter color! ;)


Another common mistake. :)

So I hope this post helps you out. Don’t you love your readers? And also a little advice, don’t put a background song, it annoys your readers. Can I still put a background music? Yes, you can but you can turn it on manually. ;)

Am I back??? Lol sorry for not posting. I’ll returning comments back later. But then hello again see the title right? I guess you have an idea what’s this all about. Ok lemme start.

This is Image inside a Brush. Any idea? The last one was Image inside a Text right? This is quite easy and tricky if you don’t follow the steps carefully.

1. Open up the picture you want in the brush or pattern.

Me this is mine:

2. Now go to Edit> Define Pattern

It should be like this:

3. Open a New Document (ctrl+n) much better if you know the shortcuts keys. :D

Mine is (500×317) it should be the same size of your pattern.

4. Right click on Layer 1 and go to blending options. Or double click it.

5. Click Pattern Overlay. Check the box. Click dropdown and the pattern we define earlier and then hit ok.

Should be like this:

6. Pick up your favorite Brush tool. I’ll put random brushes for my image. Just start brushing to reveal your image. If you’re done save it as .PNG so the background image will be transparent.

So simple right? Give it a try. Then show it to me! Just simply put your image link. :D

Being pregnant is kinda hard, you have to watch out what you’ll gonna eat. Specially when eating sweets! Oh boy, it’s hard to imagine that a pregnant woman should stop eating sugary sweets. How sad could that be?! My physician once told me that I should stop eating sweets. But me? I can’t! It’s too hard to resist those foods. I promised to my hun, that I’ll return to my usual weight after giving birth to our first baby. He just said, Goodluck. There are many ways to lose weight. We have juices, yogurt, proper diet and of course exercising. Those juices and yogurts won’t work especially if you don’t do some exercises to burn some fats. Well you can see that when you sweat quickly. Many gadgets popped out today, especially in our generation. Thanks to these exercising gadgets, we can now exercise even in our homes. If I were given a chance I like to try this P90X pull up bar. Even if I don’t know where to start I will try their P90X DVD, so I can follow the steps! What’s the best about these gadgets is they made are life easier. We don’t need to go to gyms and hire an instructor to help us. You can also see your P90X results!

Bath Robes

Personal hygiene is required in each person. I really agree to this, because you don’t like to use other people’s underwear’s, robes, towels right? Or even your own things. I admit my mom do this and me, I was like irritated for the whole day. Talking about cotton things, I really love wearing robes before or after bathing. Yeah, I think it’s sexy. :D

Christmas is coming, have you ever wonder what to gift? I’m thinking of gifting robes or towels this coming Christmas, for myself. XD haha, gifting is really not my thing. On the other hand, I want this bath wrap, oh it’s really cute! I found it sexy when you wear it, just imagine, they also have many colors for this! And these robes also, terry bath robe if you want it to be simple. Waffle bath robe, yeah from the word itself, waffle if you want it to have some design. Tssss, base from looking at the pictures I think it’s very comfortable to wear. I would love to try this on!
